Updating a Lead

Once you have added your new lead, the next step is to convert them into a client. Converting the lead to a client is important as it allows you to do so many more things. You can find out more about what you can do with the clients here.

Accessing The Lead Profile
The access the page to update your lead, head to the "All Leads" page and then press the button highlighted in the image below. You will load onto a paging showing a similar form to when you initially added the client except this time all the information you added before will be prefilled.
Editing The Lead
Below you can see all the prefilled information from the example lead. The name and phone number was used to create this lead. You can then add any new information you have about the lead. If you press "Finish Later", the client will remain a lead and all the new information will be saved to this lead for when you next have to make changes.

If you are ready to add this lead as a new client, make sure all the boxes are filled, and you have updated the "Client Status" field appropriately as you cannot add the client while the status is still set to "Lead". You will then be able to find this new client in your "ALl Clients" page and do anything you need with them.

"Extra Notes" are not necessary to be filled out and can be left empty.
