Editing your product is simple as only the name and the description can be adjusted.
Accessing The Edit Page
Head to your "All Products" page, and you should see something similar to the image below, highlighting how to find the edit page for your products. It is the same for both one-off products and subscriptions.

Here, you can observe that the options for changing the price or recurring status are greyed out, indicating that they cannot be modified. Only the name or description is editable. To confirm your changes, press the "Update Product" button at the bottom.
