a. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that your
account information is accurate and up-to-date.
b. You agree not to use the Web App for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.
a. As a personal trainer using the Web App, you may collect and store client information, including but not
limited to names, contact details, health information, and fitness goals.
b. You are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary consents from your clients for the collection,
processing, and storage of their personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
c. You agree to handle client information with the utmost care and take appropriate measures to safeguard it.
a. The Web App charges a flat 1% transaction fee for each transaction processed.
b. The total amount for each transaction will include the original amount plus the 1% transaction fee.
c. This 1% transaction fee is in addition to any fees charged by the payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
d. By using the payment processing services, you agree to the terms and conditions of the third-party payment provider.
e. The Web App is not responsible for any issues or disputes related to payment processing between you and your clients.
a. The content and materials on the Web App, including logos, trademarks, text, images, and software, are
protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of the Web App's intellectual property without explicit
written permission.
a. The Web App is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to maintain accuracy and reliability, we make
no warranties or guarantees regarding the Web App's performance or suitability for your specific needs.
b. We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Web App or any
information or services provided through it.
a. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Web App at any time without prior notice, for
any reason, including violation of these terms and conditions.
b. Upon termination, you are responsible for backing up and retrieving any client information stored on the Web
App.

b. By continuing to use the Web App after the changes are implemented, you accept the updated terms and
